There is no need to stumble all the time in life, sometimes is normal, but way too frequent may be a sign you need to rely on God more. He is your greatest source of help. If you know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, you have the Greatest Father God, Greatest Savior Jesus, Greatest Helper the Holy Spirit and the Perfect Word of God, All to give you instruction, strength, and encouragement. Be confident and filled with Hope - you are a child of the King who is the most powerful, guiding, and loving leader that you can trust. As you walk, He hovers above you and walks before you, and even when your path is dark or filled with obstacles to overcome, He is the light that shines on your path. Any trail you would walk, He has already walked, He knows exactly what to do and the path to take, we should walk with Him even when we don’t know where we are headed. After all if you stumble and fall, He is with you to help you get up and keep going.
Psalm 119:105 “ Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path”.
Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.”.
Our part is to read and hear the Word of God and cautiously follow the Lord’s conviction and inspiration, with wisdom, and learn. Ask God for Wisdom (James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”.
If for some reason you stumble, which we will at times, take that time to see what you can learn, perhaps God is teaching you. Sometimes we are learning to be confident, how to increase faith, how to live better and sometimes we are being prepared for the next or coming event. Make every effort to listen to God’s Word and be sensitive to His Spirit and walk with Him.
More than likely, our lives are filled with far more good times than bad, but we should walk with God and follow Him at all times. Each step in life may be preparing you for the next.
If you struggle with making a decision about a major event such as a new job or starting college, what occupation to seek, how to get out of debt, what to do to succeed, or finding strength in the storm, take it to the Lord and follow Him. He is the Only One who knows all your needs and can see the beginning from the end.
Don’t waste your life stumbling all the time when most of the time you don’t have to. Remember, the Lord orders the steps of a good person and shines His light on their path.
